    Out of those, I have both Nefaria and Bullseye at r4. I don't regret either of those rank-ups, but Nefaria is the one I use the most by far. I do like Bullseye on attack but by the nature of his kit he always ends up on defense so I rarely use him offensively.

    Serpent is an r4 that I would like to have. He's great both offensively and defensively. He's definitely among my r4 considerations when the time comes for me to rank up my fourth champion.

    For me, I don't know maybe I don't know how to play Serpent correctly, he hits like a noodle. Yes he has the utility but his damage isn't what it should be. Plus his crit rate is abysmal as well. Maybe I am missing something.

    I’ve got Shang-chi at rank 4, but you should take up the champ you enjoy and play the most. No one there is a bad option.
