Heavy bug

For the last 10days, I am facing this issue - my attackers landing heavy automatically and randomly right after special attacks of mine or opponents, and after this I am unable to use my heavy for rest of the fight. I noticed that this is happening in every game mode.I tried reinstalling the game and updating/restarting mobile but the issue still persists.
At around 38secs you can view the bug.
This is annoying bug and costed me many fights and keep me from playing any content.
