Wheel of Fate mistake

I was doing Wheel of Fate quest 2, and i was in the middle of the Human Torch fight; and I was gonna take a break. I turned off my phone, and next thing i know when i get on 10 mins later the quest is restarted. I sent a report to Kabam. I was just wandering if they can fix things like this? Bc i spent so much time/revives and units, if it doesnt get fixed I dont think I will ever attempt any kind of content like this again. Also I submitted a picture in the report as proof showing I reached atleast to the

bullseye fight.

Your only shot will be through the ticket you submitted. Now it's just a waiting game, especially since it's the weekend. Could take a couple days to get you back in there. Generally speaking, they will return players to the spot they were last at in a quest if something happens where they accidentally leave. Haven't heard of an issue before where a quest restarted on it's own, but that would probably qualify as a similar situation.
They don't need any proof from you, as they can look at your account logs and see where you were. So for now, you just wait. Make sure you don't leave yourself locked in content though, because they won't take you out of one to place you back into the other.

Yes they have data.
It's been fixed for me in the past.

@Furrymoosen ok thx man, yeah ik it makes no sense, but idk how it restarted I literally took a 10 minute break and im at the start of the quest.

Also should I stay in the quest even tho im at the start? Or can I grind revives?

Yes they have data.
It's been fixed for me in the past.

But was that a CHAMP SWAP quest ?

They have also said before that since they can not restore the status of swapped champs, so that they can not restore your status in those quests.

So unless each node has totally unique set of champs to swap to each time, they may not be able to help.

If each set of Swaps are indeed unique, then maybe they can restore you.

But also, probably NOT to the state of how much health you had already taken off Torch prior to exiting (if you have been doing some fights on him already. So would get Torch from the beginning of his health.

(aside from that, your post reads like you were in the middle of the fight. Or did you actually just stop that fight, get back to Map screen or even go to Home screen or other area of game, before closing game ? Or did you just Forcibly close your phone in the middle of fight ?

@SummonerNR so I got Human torch down to about 70 percent I believe, and i turned my phone off, didnt close anything. When I logged on again about 10 minutes later I should have been back to normal with my deathless she-hulk dead and the Torch at 70%. But what ended up happening is i get on and go into the WOF quest 2, its restarted with Deathless she hulk full health. Also I dont really care if Torch is full health or not, I've already used so many revives/units i just want to be able to finish this frustrating quest.

@SummonerNR yes, I died and from the screen where it shows both champs i turned my phone off, then the quest was restarted.

The issue has been resolved Kabam has graciously brought me back to the Human Torch fight, and they even started it at the 70% i got him down to.
