Network Connection problem?

I am greatly facing problems due yo my network connection but it is showing fone in the notif bar I even lost a match because after taking down the defender my Shathra victory screen showed a continuous moving wheel and it never moved on. Admins please look into this a lot of my valuable time is being wasted due to such issues

    Cellular Data, ISP Name: Jio (Indian). Redmi Note 14 pro. I am not asking for compensation even though I would really appreciate it.
