My hero is gone

Why did the hero I got disappear? I already had Knul and Loki but now they are gone.

That's weird. knull is present in my roster. Do you have any filter, or particular tag option on?

there are no specific filters and tags, I remember I already got the hero knull and loki, but that hero is not there, it's gone

If you got a champion on your account, then you still have that champion. If you want help you have to give more information.

Raise a support ticket and Kabam will look into it. If they were there, then they will return it.

I doubt that will be necessary. Highly unlikely that his champions actually disappeared from his account.

Probably on a champ list screen that is already pre-auto-filtered, such as when selecting champs for a quest that has champ requirements (by Star, Saga, or Class, or limited pool), or for using SigStones or Awakening, where it won't show you ones you can’t use the item for, or Incursions Saga (don’t think we’re here yet for that case).
