Is the Summoner’s Market Loyalty Update Still Releasing Tomorrow?

They initially said June 9th but it had to get pushed back to June 16th and I’m curious if it is still planned on being released tomorrow and if so what time should we expect it to rollout?

The odds of us getting updated information before it does or doesn't happen is probably pretty slim at this point. And I would expect the rollout to be a the normal Kabam time that things happen at, 11am PST.
