I won a titan crystal on the last live stream. Was informed to look for a whisper on Twitch from the mod later that day.

It’s been 3 or so days since then and I have no received a whisper/message.

Did I error in some way regarding how to receive the titan crystal?

Any ideas how to address this would be great as I really have no idea. 🤷‍♂️

It's not later that day. It's usually a few days or up to a week later. Don't give up hope yet. If you don't hear anything in the next few days, send a message to Pinwheel.
