just use overseer, he's nullify immune so shuts down a lot of his bs, he's tanky as hell and has really good dmg

Used sandman, he shuts down everything Doom tries to do

Someone who is either buff immune (to prevent regen due to buff) or simply use Count Nefario

Pretty sure I used a 6* Void for that one. Just play slow and avoid him when he’s unstoppable. If you can dex his specials most of the time you should get a solo.

scorp phot and overseer are solid, will work. well. Nefario is the only one who want’s Doom to be getting power gain and regen constantly.
