    Could be doing 7 for 7. Or they're just now exploring after running through to get tot act 8-9.

    I would fit into either of those, if/when I actually explore it.

    Because when act 7 dropped we barely had r4 and r5 6* let alone many 7*.

    Someone already answered, it is the 2* chests that contain the units
