Got the wrong champion out of a paragon crystal

My issue seems to be pretty unique all thing's considered.I rolled a paragon about a week ago and the reel landed on a 7 star patriot but what I got instead was a 7 star man-thing.Messaged support about it but they not only refused to do anything citing fairness but also bit tried to convince me that I should be satisfied regardless of the outcome.Then promptly marked my ticket as solved.

Yeah totally agree thats what I should have done.But it was outta left-field occurrence and it like super late at night.But yeah,I should have been more alert on the matter

True, but the incident was super outta left-field and I didnt even think that something like that was possible

but somehow that champ went missing and you suddenly have a man-thing you swore you didn't have before, that's one thing. Was the champ pictured under Congratulations! Champ found actually Patriot, or did the selector roll over patriot and you got man-thing in the Champ Found?

Im assuming that this is the case but there were some other discrepancies,that I go into the support message.Basically,I got a "New" profile pic eventhough I pulled I champ I already had

The game doesn't have any idea what your game client shows you, only what happened internally. Crystal drops are calculated and determined by the game servers and then sent to the game client to visually show you. If the game client somehow failed to show you the correct thing, Kabam would have no way to know this and could not act to swap the drops on a player's say-so without evidence.

That could be part of the same malfunction. As the poster above noted, if you saw in the alliance chat that you actually pulled Patriot instead of Man-Thing, that might suggest a server-side bug Kabam could investigate. But client-side bugs, if they happen (and I haven't heard of this one before) are things Kabam can't verify, and so cannot fix from just a report of such.

In the reply,from support it seemingly confirmed that the mistake happened but they didnt want to help

Where in those Kabam Responses did they confirm that a mistake happened ?

Most likely is that as reel was slowing to a stop, it was last showing you Patriot and then your device either glitched, lagged, etc, so that when it actually was showing you the FINAL outcome either you had to restart the game, or you didn’t see it roll over at the end to Man-Thing.

Long delay between when wheel seemingly stopped, and when the pop-up came showing you the actual champ and all the stuff with it (for Dup, or New, etc).

Whether you actually saw it give you Man-Thing, or did you only see that in the Alliance Feed pane afterwards ?
