All are unawakened but I have a tech gem

I don't have any sig stones

What would you do and why?

    "I" would rank up shocker anyway...
    I will slowly sig him too. The initial dupe (sig 20) helps enough to be impactful in bgs. (I have sig 60 on my main).
    I'm saving my tech gem for senti or shocker, whoever I get first. But that's just me.
    Shocker doesn't need dupe for content.
