Venom the Duck - Buff idea

I am back again, just putting out some more ideas. Please let me know what you think.
This idea though it adds some new abilities is overall a buff and not a complete rework. Notes will be added to mark Added, Buffed, or Adjusted Effects/abilities in his kit.
Numbers are based on a 6*R5
Aberration: Passive: No changes would be made to how the Aberration counter functions.
Symbiote Buffs: Passive: Symbiote buffs categories Frenzy and Survival.
Frenzy Buffs:
Adjusted: Replaces Frenzy Fury buffs: Cruelty: +450 Critical damage rating for 12 seconds.
No changes would be made to the Precision or Power Rate Frenzy buffs.
Added: For each Frenzy buff VtD has he gains +15% base attack rating.
Survival Buffs: No changes would be made to any of the Survival Buffs.
Added: For each Survival buff VtD has he gains +100 Physical Resistance.
RNA Bank: Passive: Whenever VtD launches a Special attack or lands a Heavy Attack, Symbiote buffs are removed and are stored to the RNA bank. Up to 5 buffs (Buffed from 3) may be added to the RNA bank each fight, and up to 10 buffs may be stored during each quest. Buffs will not be stored or removed if either of these caps have been reached.
Added: Hitting the opponent with a Light combo ender, removes the most recently gained Symbiote buff without storing it. This cannot be done again until the Aberration resets to 0.
Added: When VtD wins a fight he gains 1 pre-fight charge (max 1). VtD may spend a charge and purge 1 of his stored buffs, granting him +10% base attack rating and Block proficiency for the next fight. As a defender in BGs this is always active.
Added: In BGs VtD will gain 4 random pre-stored Symbiote buffs
All Hits: Passive: Buffed from crits only, +% chance for crits to inflict: Any successful hit has a 20% chance to inflict a Bleed debuff dealing 75% modified attack as physical damage over 5.5 seconds. Critical hits gain an additional flat +50% chance to inflict a bleed.
No changes to Degen effect.
Specials::
Special 1: Each strike has an 85% chance to siphon an additional 20% modified attack rating health from the opponent as direct damage and grant +10% Aberration. Buffed from 5% base attack.
Added: While VtD cannot store Symbiote buffs, each hit that Siphons also grants 1 random Symbiote buff from the RNA Bank.
No changes to Sp2 or 3
Signature ability: Symbiosis Apotheosis::
Added: All Special: Gain +3 - 8% attack rating for each stored buff in the RNA Bank.
Sp1: Buffed from 12 - 30%: 20 - 50% increased Siphon damage.
Sp2: Buffed from 26 - 60%: Toxic Armor duration increased by 30 - 80%.
No changes to other sig effects.
Synergies:
Villains Across the Universe: Other member(s): Galan: Adjusted: While this Champion is a Herald; gain +10% Aberration anytime a Symbiote buff is removed or expires without being nullified or staggered.
What If: Other member(s): Purgatory: Adjusted: Anytime VtD would apply a Toxic Armor to an opponent he also applies an indefinite Poison debuff dealing 10% base attacking rating as damage per second. These poisons are removed if the opponent has no Toxic Armor effects on them.
Fairest of them All: Other member(s): Immortal Abomination: Buffed from 15%: Symbiote buffs duration increased by +4 seconds (33%).
Hive Mind: Other member(s): Venom: Adjusted: +30% Aberration charge at the start of each fight and while Vtd has no Symbiote buffs, he passively gains Aberration charge twice as fast.
