Game Crash During Battlegrounds – Match Lost

I’d like to report an issue that occurred while I was playing a Battlegrounds match. During the fight, the game suddenly encountered an error and crashed, causing me to be kicked out of the match. When I reopened the game, I had already lost the match due to the disconnection.
This was extremely frustrating, especially since I was in the middle of a competitive fight and it affected my progression and rank.
Please look into this issue and let me know if there is any way to recover the lost match or prevent this from happening again. I would appreciate any help or compensation for the inconvenience.
