I have purchased it yesterday and still not received it

    Yes (I think).
    Is this the problem with Mastery Point that is bugged (have been posts here about something ever since it first was available) and people have had to individually contact Support to get them to add the Point ??

    (not sure if part of the problem or not, is that the icon they use does NOT look like a mastery point, but the icon used for the old/obsolete Mastery RECOVERY item I think)

    Keep following up (on the SAME support ticket reference #, instead of making separate tickets).
