Dazzler damage reflection not working?

Hi guys,

Ran into an issue where Dazzler's damager reflection wasnt working on the Mordo path in 8.4.2. First time I tried using the utility so I might be missing something, but anyone else having a similar problem? Thanks

    I saw Legacy get that damage reflect on his Spidey. Are you sir eits physical damage?

    Hey sorry late reply, but yeah explicitly says physical damage. Idk bout his spidey but based off Dazzler's sig description, she should be reflecting it
