Earlier I posted about non lifting the false ban so which may cause blackmark and due to that they won't give compensation...it happened all who got their bans lifted last Tuesday got compensation but those expired didn't get nice investigation kabam🫡🤡

Lol ...they said they are still investigating and will try to compensate them to if found but no one found there are also false bans in those cases

I think they meant they will keep investigating why the false bans happened. Good luck though maybe they find something.

I've seen on reddit that some ppl got their compensations.
I'm still waiting for my answer, I don't care about the units, items, etc. If I could I'd give them to my ally mates who got hit by this ban also. I just want to know that I won't be banned again and they won't get unfairly hit again.

Pretty much the same situation. Everyone acts like a robot (the irony) and use the excuse of "if you didn't get unbanned then you weren't supposed to" without providing actual proof of that. What makes matters worse is the terrible communication coming from support as if you try to make a ticket about the subject you will get an auto-response and get ghosted without a reason behind. So basically if you're suspension didn't get lifted you don't get compensation, then don't give a reason why you aren't considered a false positive and ultimately walk away with nothing, having the only people still talking about the subject being the ones affected and the ones with half a brain that assume you've done sOmEtHiNg wrong.
