Pls explain this weird BG match

Match duration is 37 sec, but both champions in opponent's match had HPs remained. Never seen anything like this.

    Encountered an unknown error screen and then fight restarted for opponent maybe.

    He didn't receive any bonus for remaining time, so that could be an explanation, but the result appeared immediately after my match when it was one more minute to play
