Not been lucky enough to get Spiral who would be best for Serpent can Rank up Wiccan or Kindred both awakened

    Wiccan is second best option. You should be able to do in 2-3 revs with a r2 wiccan. Boosted full. Also, push to sp2. His sp2 can be fully sexed easily if you have the neutralise up
