Crystal Glitch/Bug?

I got some rewards for something. (I think steam wishlist) Four 3 Star Nexus hero crystals. I went to go open them and the game only let me open three crystals but says I opened four?

Don't know why this happened or if it was a display issue or something. Thankfully I'm at a point where 3 stars don't really effect my account but if this was a 6 or 7 Star I would be upset.
