Late Side Quest Objective

I completed 3 of 4 runs of week 2 of the multiversal pathway side quest. There was no objective. Then just before I did my forth run it appeared. It’s only 6k side quest crystal shards but a bit annoying now it’s a valiant crystal.

Did everyone have the objective arrive late?
