Purely injustice

First of all.. I want to say its purely injustice towards players who play game every day....giving all the resources which can be earned in 2 month in one go...
Accept it or not it's a mistake which has effected all players..
I'm a player who started playing this game from start ...this was my 2nd account...I had spend alot of money through out this period ..
I know this will never effect you people..but I thinking to reduce my game time even though how much rewards you put in quests..
Really sad to see how you handle people emotion ...one more advice ...
In future when the person who confirmed that it's a fool proof plan to implement ban in middle of battlegrounds and aw...come with another innovative idea like this

Well, even though it wasn't fair to get banned in the middle of the war and bg seasons, you got ton of compensation. I know they were wrong for the bans, but also, consider this :

Multimillion dollar company, with only one purpose. To make money. They only care about money, not the players, cuz in their minds, players are replaceable for them. You might disagree with the compensations not being send to everyone. But they possibly can't do that anyways.

So, get the free radiance ( which is the mpst valuable resource in the game atm)
Spend it on whatever you like..

Man these stupid decisions creates alot of tension between players ....
I was very addicted to this game..my frnds ask why you spend this much in a game...I never listened to them..i played releam of legends..and stupid transformers game the company released....I guess kabam showed me ..my frnds where right...it's not worthy to spend money here...
I definitely reduced my game play to less than a hour...im not quitting because the amount of money I had spent in this game...
There are alot of promising f2p games are also launching...in both marvel and dc category...
I will definitely switch into those if they were good..

I own a 5.15 million rating account, which I started two years ago. I used to be a moderate spender 'til last summer, but not anymore.
I have to say that, even if you reach all milestones in all of the arenas, it's impossible to collect 4.500 units within a week. You can usually earn 1.500 units (arena crystal openings included).

As for "radiance", I've played battlegrounds a lot this season, within the first week, and managed to gain 345k points, but could not earn more than 10,000 radiance, let alone 30,000.

I understand that there had been many wrongfully banned accounts, but some of the compensation is ABSURD. It makes me want to delete the game, download it from an unauthorized platform, just to get banned and benefit from this type of future compensations.

You don't understand anything. If you do that, you'll get banned with no compensation at all.

The difference between what happened to the players false flagged and what you're suggesting is the fundamental difference a lot of people seem to be ignoring. There's a difference between choosing to do something for a reward and being forced to do that thing outside your control. There is literally nothing you can voluntarily do that will put you in the same position as the players who were improperly banned. The fact that you have a choice means there's no compensation warranted.

Now, if you think the compensation is higher than warranted for what was forced upon those players, that's your prerogative. But the only way to put yourself into their place would be to consider something you wouldn't do voluntarily and imagine having it imposed upon you. Anything you'd be willing to do is by definition entirely incomparable.

As a valiant with a 7.7 million account and alliance leader, I no longer need any of the resources in the compensation package

I'm playing on iPhone so I wasn't affected by the ban, if given the choice I wouldn't want to be banned for 3 days even if Kabam were to give me the compensation package, I don't care about digital resources. I know many players jokingly said they want to be banned for 3 days for the compensation package

I also did not abuse any of the banned players in the forums when I read that some of them claimed innocence, I even wrote to urge Kabam to urgently investigate the banned accounts bcos so many players were saying they downloaded from official sources, you can tell they were telling the truth based on the tone of those posts written by players who played for many years, some were even spenders in the game

Firstly Kabam shouldn't ban players on a Friday and go home for the weekend, it's absurd on an entire level

Secondly Kabam shouldn't have banned players on such a large scale, without the resources to handle the situation of banning the wrong players, some of whom are spenders in the game, it took Kabam 3 days to handle the situation, 2 of which are the weekends and nobody is working

Thirdly Kabam should have a dedicated channel to appeal for banned accounts, so players can be assured of getting help when they are banned wrongfully, investigation should be carried out to be sure that the ban is 100% accurate, currently sending a ticket to support only gets you standard reply and your case is closed

I know many players are cheating on a large scale in this game and I support Kabam in banning these cheaters from the game

These cheaters also claimed to have done nothing wrong and waste Kabam's resources to investigate their bans

However the burden of proof should be on Kabam to prove that every ban is justified instead of relying on an automated system to ban 10,000 players at one go on a Friday and come back on Monday to reply to the banned players
