Additional Prompts Even for single items in the inventory

I have gotten a science 7* gem used up automatically upon accidentally clicking the 'use item' tab while organizing my team, i know it was partially my fault and i have already resolved the issue with the customer service, huge W Ed if you're reading.
Point is, even if there is only one copy of any sort of item it shouldn't be used automatically and a prompt should be added to avoid any further misdoings (i think only the 'use item' tab from inventory gives a prompt for single item if my memories serves well)
