Mojo in Crucible and in 7.4.4

So about 2 weeks ago my friend was playing Crucible and was fighting mojo with spider-ham. After knocking down mojo he was reviewing a lot of damage and died just after 1 knockdown. I was thinking that he was doing something wrong, I went to check out nodes and he wasn’t doing something wrong. I found video on Youtube where dude was spamming heavies and sp1-2 and didnt receive that much damage. Helped him just beating him with bear hands. Now Im playing on my second account and I encountered mojo and there is the same problem. Nefario’s Ionic overcharge doesn’t help, he dies after using sp1. When I was playing half a year ago on my main this mojo wasn't such a problem. Is it a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
