Cannot Access Week 2 Side Quest-due to Missing the 4th Multiversal Extraction Sample Syringe

I believed someone may have similar issue too and I have already opened support ticket (#804961), but the customer service team keep marking it as solved. That's why I repost here to get your attention.


MCOC username: ftang0109
Device: Iphone 13 Pro

In short, I have already claimed totally of 4 Multiversal Extraction Sample Syringe and I have accessed Week 2 Side Quest 3 times only.

I realized that the remaining one Multiversal Extraction Sample Syringe is gone for NO Reason, that make me unable to access the Week 2 Side Quest 4th time.

As a result, I only get 3 Variant Sequences.

Can Kabam customer service please look into the issue and refund me the remaining one Multiversal Extraction Sample Syringe, so that I can finish Week 2 Side Quest 4th time?

    @KabamPinwheel Can you inform customer support team to look at my support ticket? There is still no feedback at all and i am sure this is valid bug?
