Mclc scamming their players and robbing them of their money

I had bought units from the web store today June 19th around 10:49 I played the game for a while logged out went to go do some things around and then came back to log back in when I did my 4,000 units that I had collected from buying from the web store we're gone and now put me at negative units mcoc is trying to force me into buying credit units to get all of my units back I checked my bank account to make sure there was no refund and progress there wasn't I took snapshots to prove it so mcoc is just trying to steal money from their players now I am definitely looking forward to filing a lawsuit towards them if they don't fix this

That means that you worked a refund with Apple in the past to get your money back after you bought something in game. Kabam caught up with you and wants their money you refunded but kept the items and/or units for.

All I bought today was some units and then was collecting more units from the Google Play store which helped me add up everything to 4000 cuz I was building off credit the second I logged out of the game to go start my day and then finished it I logged back into the game and the account was at negative for no reason I checked my bank account there was no refund nothing so this is on them there is literally no reason for them to have taken away all those units they're just trying to take more money and I'm not going to put up with that ****

I already got the bank record showing that they took the money because it's not in my account anymore so I took snapshots

I never bought anything from Apple and everything that I did buy I made sure to keep bank records of because you can't trust mcoc

The last time this happened to you, just two months ago mind you, you eventually said some magical refund you never asked for was credited to your account. Kabam cannot possibly do that, so I am assuming you pursued this with your bank or whomever you used to make that purchase. Now that it is happening again, I find it curious that you did not immediately assume it was the same mistake and presume the same entity made the same mistake again.

The fact that you don't seem to have done that suggests your credibility with both the April incident and this one are both highly suspect. That's going to frame your indignant complaints here in an unfavorable light.

When you say bank do you mean debit card? Sometimes it takes up to 5 business days to come back as a refund or even show as one on app or bank statements.
Is the account only yours with no cosigner that might dispute the transaction?
