Not sure if I'm misreading the node but if I get a degen and knock down the defender they should get the degen. They do but I'm taking the damage.
On iPhone 13 Pro Max
IOS 18.5

    i noticed that as well on my latest account, also in the 7.4.1 Shake it off/warpath/rust and ruin path. was fighting scarlet witch with kate bishop. i intercepted her and put the degeneration debuff on her but i took the degeneration damage instead.

    Looks like every nodes in the game that deals with "degen transfer" in any way is not working, not just EoP Dormammu

    7.4.2 No surrender is also thhe same
