Has anyone else had this stark Spider-Man dash bug

I was playing through the Starky carinas challenges and ran into this problem with starky’s medium attack after his sp1. It happens about every 1/3 times you dash in after the sp1. It’s almost like the dash doesn’t have enough range. I didn’t take a video of fighting anyone other than Diablo, but it happened against multiple champions that were multiple different sizes.     For reference, there are 4 sp1s in the video. The first and last go normally. The middle two have the bug occur.
