Well I still haven’t relaly done the research on how to deal with Yelena’s weird counter so for now I will put her as more difficult
Bullseye better attacker Yelena better defender but these past few seasons have been nodes that benefit bullseye alot like power gain, high block damage, and stuff like that.
Yelena is the better defender but bullseye is still super valuable. The last few metas (including this one) he’s one of the best champs I think Bullseye is probably the better attacker cause he has a lot of safety built in and he’s come in clutch for a lot of endgame stuff. Idk how good Yelena will end up being tbh

Idk how good Yelena will end up being tbh Bullseye is easily the better attacker. Not only does he get guaranteed crits and instant bleeds, his basics straight up can't miss and he can counter evade with true strike from his sp1. That's as close to full utility out of the box as one can get. Yelena on the other hand, needs a 100 combo + sp2 to get into elim mode to get to her guaranteed crits, instant bleeds, and miss/evade counter. You get them until your combo runs out, then you build up to 100 again and so on. There is literally nothing going on offensively with her during that build up to elim mode. It takes 5 heavy attacks to get there, so no miss/evade counter or guaranteed crits till then. I don't really see the point in using her offensively over bullseye.

Bullseye is actually the only character who can reliably counter evade, autoblock and miss, without AAR.
