Best way to spend bg tokens, radiance, daily super event, glory tokens?

having too much different tokens, store is now too complicated imo. as a valiant, what is your effective way of spending all these tokens?
for example, t4a is very cheap in radiance store, however it is unwise to spend hard earned radiance to t4a, so I spend all my radiance to t7b
I used to spend my bg tokens buying t4a, but recently I find spending 2000 bg tokens irrational to a very small amonut of t4a, I started to buy t6b and t3a because I need these bady for some reason
daily super event I used to buy t4a but again it seems uneffective to me, I sometimes get t6b or t6c
lastly glory tokens are really pain, everything seems expensive to me
