Best candidate's for generic gem 6 stars?

I have juggernaut photon moleman as unduped 6 stars that are ranked up. I'm tempted to wait and save it for someone better who's 6 star locked?

Im guessing not that many currently?

Venom og storm ironheart all duped are ranked up. Have others duped that aren't ranked up
