    Yeah, that is a crazy long timer. I guess they probably want to milk people for units to refresh them. Typical Kabam.

    Hey OP. The previous comments are correct; the higher tier arenas have longer cool-downs. Since this isn't a bug, I'm going to go ahead and close out the thread.
