Kabam—could we line up the seasons?

Often at the end of War season, we need to find a replacement or two. But Battlegrounds runs another week, with rewards dropping a couple of days later. So finding replacements, if you want to be at all fair to the players who have contributed to the alliance, is really challenging. Then sometimes you’re up against Raids rewards and it’s the same situation. Instead of having 2 weeks to recruit, you have 5 days.

Is there, or could there be, any discussion about aligning these dates, to help alliances handle the challenges of recruiting?

Right, totally get that. But the residual effect is it forces leadership to scramble. There’s got to be a better solution.

The solution is to just roll with the punches. And trust who your having join.

Would you want a gap with nothing to do if all off seasons were aligned?

I think that’s what they try to avoid of course, if there was nothing going on player interest would suffer.

All I’m saying is, there has to be a way to help leadership here. I’ve been in the same alliance for 5 years and leader for the last three. 25 or so of us have stuck together but there’s always someone ready to retire, move on or just flame out. And the current system just makes this harder for the officers and actually doesn’t do anything to encourage people to stay. They leave when they get what they earned, and we are racing the clock to find the right recruit, get them assigned in War and AQ (gross), all in a very short time.
