Is anyone buying t7b from Radiance store?

I'm talking bout full t7b catalyst, not bout buying the fragments one when you're close to forming one. Do you think it is valuable and worth the cost (125k). Especially for endgame players in non competitive tiers (p5 and below AW, Arcane or Gamma in bgs)? Or it is overpriced for casual players?

It is definitely overpriced, but after buying the mastery point there are only so many things to buy.

Awakening shards, titan crystals/shards and t7b are really the only high value items worth spending on. The sig stone offers are wildly overvalued also.

I prefer buying 10 or 20 or even 30 percent from the loose ones. It doesn't hurt the Radiance stash much, plus it gives a good hand in getting the next R4 closer. Full T7b, nah I'm not patient enough to save that much (or good enough to get that much at once lol)

I got the mastery point then some units and used 10k for T6b and T3a.

have 50k radiance remaining will wait for BG rewards and get titan crystals or save for Magik

While it's not worth the value, t7b is not available elsewhere. Low tier cats and t4a are available everywhere, champion crystals and even awakening gem crystal to a extent, is rng dependent. We also have magik otw (although it might likely take a year) and I predict with all the kabam's hype she'll end up as good as dthanos.

I just don't understand what's the popularity behind buying low tier cats with radiance.

Just don't tell me you're buying titan crystal with the radiance. It's definitely overpriced and the chance of pulling green falcon or during rulk after grinding hard for an entire bg season just haunts me lol.

Sig stone prices (and the lack of stones in WoF) probably indicate Kabam’s expectation that the prestige race is about to get heated for more than just the top ~25 alliances. They want to be ready to cash in when people are desperate for stones to increase their radiance rewards.

not popularity but just convenience or necessity ( bottlenecked by t6b and t3a when t4a is expiring )

t6cc selector is by far the best value in radiance store

I am just buying T4a each month. But I don’t get a plethora radiance and my account still can use all the R3’s I can manage

I get shards here and there, because mostly what I need are the new champs. I hoard shards and then do fairly large openings when the pool updates. That being said, R4 materials are the only other items I am interested in. I've got plenty of awakening gems, and I don't have many champs I am dying for stones for either. What else am I going to use radiance on?

You are 100% right about the Titan crystal though, and at one point I opened 11 titans over 2 refreshes without receiving one of the newly released champs from the pool.

Because they are cheap and it helps you build out your roster. If you play bgs there's usually a champ or two that does well in every new meta that you don't have ranked up. The store allows you to rank them up a lot faster and more easily and that might be the difference between you finishing in Arcane or quantum or whatever at the end of the next season.

I even used radiance to rank up 2 6*s this season, one for each meta (capt Britain and corvus) because it would help me, and it has done but without the store I wouldn't have bothered as it would feel like a waste of cats.

R4s aren't in such abundance right now that chasing one extra r4 slightly faster is potentially more worthwhile than getting 4 extra r3s for your deck.

Of course that depends on an account by account basis.

No. I’ve bought a lot to rank 3 more champs because the t7b is way overpriced. You can rank 3 probably 6-8 champions with the radiance to rank 4 one.

I’m four deathless pieces away from getting Thanos so I feel like using my radiance for that is the best use. Still got all my deathless sig stones and a cosmic awakening gem set ready to rock.

200k radiance to have an instant sig 200 rank three Thanos is a good trade. Or 150 K if I can face the wheel of fate and use the deathless selector there.

But like others said, depends on your account and how much radiance you managing to pull in.

This is probably right. There was some talk on recent streams about some sort of mode where rewards are individual but based on top 30 champ prestige. I can't remember exactly what is said, maybe from valiant eq or from some other monthly thing? Either way its annoying cause I just got 5 prestige champs to R4 and was going to start sigging up non-prestige options.

No, I've just been buying R3 mats with radiance.
T7Bs are too expensive and we seem to be getting them consistently through content anyway (Valiant EQ, WoF, Ordeal, Act 9, etc).

I’m getting around 430k radiance between all the game modes per month. So at least for me it’s within the budget of getting at least 2. The rest I buy out sig stones, units and any catalyst I may need to make emergency rank ups.

Yeah its worth it it's one of the few thing in the store thats really worth buying everything else is rng crystals pretty much
