I can understand my Rank 4 Ascended Bullseye fight....Domino might have pulled it out....
But How come my 7 Star Rank 3 Count be taken down by a Rank 4 Unascended Kingpin Sig 77, under 70 seconds?
Is that really possible?

Nefaria is a dream fight for Kingpin, especially in a fight where there's increased power gain. The fight probably could've been done faster.

The hit figures is what baffles me, Even with 2 of those Buffs, He can get only 15 to 20k Block damage

But he got hit with a special. That means a lot of debuffs

In over half the fight time while losing 2/3 health it raises zero suspicion. Most fights in this meta are done in 30 seconds.
