i am playing this game from since more than a year, and i am addicted to it. .middle of a fight a messaged pop up saying i am been banned for a moth, i have not use any third party app or account sharing! please look after this matter and please unbanned me!

You must have beaten Ice Pheniox with any items. You cant do that.
