Heat Wave items missing

Hello. I purchased the second Valiant pack for 3000 units which was supposed to contain 1 2-3 7* rank up and 1 1-2 7* rank up. I didn’t receive either…. Still only have the same quantity I had before the purchase.

Tried closing the game and restarting several times.

Any help would be good.

Are you sure you purchased offer B of the 3k valiant pack and not either A or C?

Yes… definitely purchased the 3k B offer. I don’t have the rewards either of the other offers provided in inventory.

Contact support and don't open or use any items for now.

I did hit the achievement for hitting 3750 points…. Just not the rank up items.

I bought a $100 Odin chest and I’m missing the titan and the 7 basic then I bought the $50 twice and I’m missing the rank ups and other things this is wild to give over $200 and not get what you pay for. I’m over spending just to get ripped off personally

And for some odd reason my 7 basic frags won’t go up at all it’s stuck

Are you sure you purchased the valiant Odin? You are able to purchase from any level including the basic with no bonus items.. Easy way to tell is to look at the limit remaining in the store and see which are less than the full limit.

Regardless, suggest you submit a ticket.
