I mean, if you're talking about where to spend your units, I'd definitely spend them on the current sale. Just revive your way through WOF.

As for WOF's value, it'll depend a lot on whether or not you have the champions in the selector or not. Since pretty much every champion in it is an absolute banger, it's one of the best pools we've ever seen in the game. However, since it takes an insane roster to complete the WOF, chances are that you already have most or all of those champs, in which case the value drops significantly. The Titan Nexus that you can choose is neat, but doesn't offer the same guaranteed value as being able to directly pick whichever champ you want from the pool.
