Store Purchase Failure and Lack of Support

Hi Kabam, am I missing something with how support works now? I had to create an account in Zendesk for a failure of the Xsolla online store. I’ve had money taken but didn’t get the item I paid for. Is it correct that I needed to sign up for a new system so I could submit a ticket about Xsolla?

Very annoyed about this and how hard it was to contact you. I was about to pay $900 on your game but this is a clown show.
