These are my champs for dazzler

And these are my champs for torch

In most videos, peni is used for dazzler but in my situation would peni be better saved for torch, or should I just use her for dazzler and use of Spidey for torch?

    Peni for dazzler & Spidey for torch. Torch can be done basically by anyone but going with peni for him won't be ideal as most of her damage comes from incinerates. you wouldn't want to use a mystic for him either
