i just bought that offer but didn't receive the 1x T7 Basic Catalyst
- 31,500x and T7 Basic Catalyst Fragments...anyone here having the same problems?

Are you sure you purchased the valiant Odin? You are able to purchase from any level including the basic with no bonus items.. Easy way to tell is to look at the limit remaining in the store and see which are less than the full limit.

Regardless, suggest you submit a ticket.
