Best relic AND runes for Bastion

I see a lot of people using sentinel as the relic for bastion. But the runes pretty much have to do with incinerate and I don’t see incinerate in his base abilities. Any advice on who would be the best relic and within that relic, which would be the best runes to use. Thanks for any help that you guys could give.

    Sentinel relic benefits his Disintegration so he’s still the best to run.

    Other than that, I see only Green Goblin benefiting him in any way, with runes that help debuff duration and regeneration rate.

    The sig ability of that gives you power efficiency.

    He's one of the rare champs (I think BRB is the only other one so far?) that has a relic benefit built into his own kit.

    So the benefit from Sentinel is less what the relic does in the relic attributes, and more to do with his own kit.
