Serpent but save the sig stones. Regardless of the scenario the answer is almost always serpent.

FAM can't be awakened any other way right now. Pick someone that isn't in the basic or titan pools.

I’d do serpent unless you haven’t done WoF, are planning on it, and want to take serpent.
