6* Science Champions to Invest in?

I unfortunately do not have any solid 6* champions here. Looking for advice on who I should invest in for broad utility to rip through acts 6 and 7. Any help would be appreciated - thank you!

    Scorpion and Human Torch are the obvious ones and HT is just released as a 7* behind a huge paywall so even if you progress to 7*s, you wont have a problem of your 6* being outdated.

    Other champs worth considering are spider ham, spiderwoman, spiderman 2099 and quicksilver. All available as 7*s but can be helpful in your current progression.
