Unable to change from normal raids to nightmare raids

Raid week/month enlistment was supposed to begin on 30th June, but we aren't being able to change the enlistment of our AQ BG3 from regular raids to nightmare raids (The other two groups have been doing nightmare raids, and that's preset, so hopefully no issues there).

Keep getting a pop-up (screenshot attached). The "refresh" doesn't help. We've tried restarting the game, which doesn't help either. Please help. Thanks.

Having similar issues, unable to enrol BG2 into Raids with the same error popping up every time.
