7*r4 Science Photon vs SpiderJess vs Torch

Help me figure this one out...

I don’t really care too much about prestige right now but may in the future. Either of them will be my first science r4. My hesitation with Photon is Iron Patriot is getting buffed in August. Spider Woman Jess is only sig 20. Torch is Torch. Which way would you lean?

I assume youre a new player? he was advertised to be a hard photon counter but he missed the mark clearly. And we haven't gotten any strong skill attackers that work for photon effectively, for a while. Red skull became a top domino counter after his buff. Torch shut down all mystics after his buff. So its not like it's a low probability of his buff having an impact on her defensive value
