    Depends. Do you want your rank 4 to be competitively viable in BGs/war, good for questing like endgame content, or just for fun? That would greatly affect my advice I would give.

    Some I've never used like Bastion and JOL.
    They’re both incredible and take so many matchups. Jack is fantastic for all mutants, Zola, and Jean to name a few people.
