Dr Voodoo buff concept (incomplete)

With the announcement of Dr Voodoo being added into the rebirth class I decided to share my incomplete love concept for Dr Voodoo hoping that some of these suggestions could be incorporated into his current kit. Again it's incomplete so I don't even finish working on the special three but I'm open to suggestions and feedback.

Doctor Voodoo:

BIO:
Jericho Drumm was an outstanding student growing up in an impoverished area of Haiti where his education took him to attend medical school in America until learning about his twin brother's sudden illness and death. Respecting his brother Daniel's dying wish, Jericho sought out a renowned Houngan priest to begin his training, becoming a Supreme Houngan in his own right. Now guided by his pure heart, mystical strength and aided by his brother's spirit in battle, Jericho Drumm takes on the mantle of Dr Voodoo, the new Sorcerer Supreme.


ALWAYS ACTIVE:
Doctor Voodoo's mastery of the mystic fires makes him immune to Incineration.

Doctor Voodoo's extensive knowledge of poisons reduces their effects by 70%

BROTHER DANIEL'S BLESSING:
Jericho's twin brother Daniel always has his back, even in death, granting Doctor Voodoo +100% Ability Accuracy and Decreasing the opponent's Ability Accuracy by -50%.

Increase these effects by 25%, when facing Cosmic champions.

START OF THE FIGHT:
Begin each fight with a Regeneration buff, granting +5500 health over 10 seconds.

BLOCKING:
While blocking, Doctor Voodoo increases his Energy Resistance by +3000.

HEAVY ATTACK:
While charging a heavy attack, Dr Voodoo places a Falter debuff on the opponent, giving them a 100% chance to miss for 4 seconds. For every attack that fails to connect while Falter is active, Doctor Voodoo gains 20% of a bar of power.

BASIC ATTACKS:
Basic attacks have a 25% chance to place a Loa on the opponent. A Loa is a buff with no effect and cannot be removed except by Doctor Voodoo's Special Attacks.

SPECIAL1: 50% chance to envenom each of the opponents Buffs, nullifying it, and applying poison debuffs in their place, dealing 9000 direct damage over 10 seconds.

If the opponent is immune to poison, replace with an Incineration debuffs, dealing 9000 direct damage over 10 seconds.

SPECIAL 2:
Convert up to 5 Loa, Inflict Power Burn on the opponent's Max Power by 15% per Loa. (Max 75%)

Deal +3000 direct damage per Loa over 10 seconds. (Max 15000)

    So you just completely removed any semblance of his RPG aspects with the odd/even combo..?
