Where do you get these resources as a Valiant? (Q for valiants)

I am deliberately halting my progress, preventing me to become valiant as I am doubtful that these resources will get scarce as I become valiant and should hoard them before reaching valiant.
Can you please answer where do you get the following resources and how much do they cost to you as a valiant?

T5 Basic Catalyst
T3 Alpha Catalyst
Where do you get your 6* crystals or shards? (do you get them frequently?)

A 6* cost 12 T5B, 15 T2A, 7T4B, and 9 T3A to max out. And these resources are not present in Super daily event so I recon that you have to buy them from somewhere
