Rank up advice pls

I’m currently in 9.2.1 I have about 14 7 stars but was wondering which 6 stars should I take up instantly to rank 5 due to how useful they are in questing and long form content.

Right now good rank ups would be okoye, red skull, hulk, or gamora as far as 7 stars

Starky and red mags.
One is 6* locked, the other you can't get without either doing the carinas challenges for him, or spending cash to get him in the HOF selector.
I would suggest awakening starky though if you do rank him up.
