What 7* star Champ is best to rank in my small roster ?

Hi Guys what do you think which Champ should i rank first from my roster like best utility and unawakened etc or to wait for more champs

Don’t sleep on Punisher 2099 and his power control

honorable mention for StormPX; depending where you are at, the ability to punish stun cleanses with passive stuns (in ANY class, unlike Bishop) is hella helpful.
still, Photon first, then Scream and then maybe Pun99.
